Refund Eligibility

One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases of digital content:

  • Before Access: If you have not downloaded, installed, or accessed the digital content, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • After Access: Once you have downloaded, installed, or accessed the digital content, refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or not as described.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the product as intended, and we are unable to resolve these issues, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Free Trials: If you subscribe during a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You must cancel your subscription before the trial period expires to avoid being charged. To cancel, please contact us at twillot@outlook.com at least 48 hours before the trial period ends.

  • Active Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. There are no refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 48 hours before the next billing date by contacting us at twillot@outlook.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • First Payment: If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days of your initial payment (not including free trial periods), you may request a full refund. This one-time refund policy applies only to the first billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us by email at twillot@outlook.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID from Paddle
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • A brief description of the reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through Paddle, and the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Sales Tax Refunds

If you were charged sales tax (including VAT, GST, or other consumption taxes) and you are registered for sales tax in your country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable laws.

To request a sales tax refund, you must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase and provide a valid sales tax registration number for your country. Requests received after 60 days will not be processed.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital content that has been downloaded, installed, or accessed
  • Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date)
  • Unused portions of subscription periods
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or resellers
  • Services that have been fully delivered or used

Cancellation of Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at twillot@outlook.com. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours before your next payment date.

When you cancel a subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to subscription-only features.

Failed Payments

If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), and you have not cancelled your subscription, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a unique circumstance that warrants special consideration, please contact us with details of your situation.
